So you’ve made the date for your wedding, most brides and bridegrooms will already have an idea of a theme for the wedding, from venue to cars, photographer to flowers, what caterer to use, but of course most importantly of all, the wedding attire for their special day, the last thing most couples will think about is the entertainment for their wedding reception.

 78% of brides and bridegrooms when asked said they should have made their entertainment more of a priority.

 80% of guests say that they mostly remember the dresses, flowers, food and of course entertainment, so you would want the entertainment to be good.

 70% couples who booked a band or wedding singer, say they wished they had gone with a disco.

 Bottom line is you want your special day to be special and this includes your entertainment.

We believe that for every wedding reception we attend it should have the personal touch, we pride ourselves on making your wedding reception a fun night and very memorable, by you and your guests.

 

What you get when you book Sounds Sensational

 

When you book Sounds Sensational to provide disco entertainment at your wedding you can be certain that we will endeavour to do everything in our power to really make your day a success.



 This starts with a personal consultation at a place of your choice, either at home or at the venue. This consultation will be to discuss with you how you would like your entertainment presented, set up times etc. If the consultation takes place at the venue this will give us the chance to liaise with the venue staff, at this consultation we can discuss any music required, i.e. first dance, or any favourite songs you may have that you want to be played, this enables us to make sure we have these songs. You can also let us know if there are any songs you don’t want played.  We will also take a note of the wedding party, parents and grandparents.

 Our DJ Debbie will attend your function appropriately attired along with anybody who may be helping her.

 Radio Microphones can be supplied if requested for the speeches.

 At all wedding receptions we attend, we will set up early in the day so that all sound checks and lighting checks can be carried out without any disruption to your day. We also do this in the case of background music that may be required for the wedding breakfast.


We are also fully insured with a £5 million P.L.I. policy, full details of this are available on request. Some D.J's do not have this cover, and if you hire a D.J. without the cover then you run the risk of the disco not being allowed entry to the venue and spoiling your big day.

We also take electrical safety of our equipment very seriously. All our equipment is tested every 12 months by P.A.T. Testing. This is also required by some venues and they may not allow access to a mobile disco that cannot produce these certificates upon request.

 

Once you have booked and given us your requirements you can relax safe in the knowledge that we will take care of everything to make sure you and your guests make the most of celebrating your wedding.

 


All bookings are accompanied by a legally binding contract.
