* Health And Safety Policy*

The policy applies in respect of any person to whom Sounds Sensational owes a duty of care.

Sounds Sensational undertakes the duty to provide mobile entertainment, and fully accepts without reservation, its statutory and moral responsibilities to provide the highest standard of health and safety protection for our staff and for other people on or about the premises or sites for where we use our equipment.. 

The Sounds Sensational believes in ensuring:


The health, safety and welfare of all Sounds Sensational staff.

The safety of the general public who attend our events.


In order to meet these aims we shall:
 

Keep up to date with health and safety guidelines and comply with all relevant legislation.
 

Liaise actively with local authorities, statutory bodies and public services in the interest of public safety and fully co-operate fully where necessary ensuring the safeguarding of the environment.

Make sure Health & Safety is given the highest priority in all our endeavours.

Research information to enable us to actively implement and monitor health and safety regimes appropriate to our work.

To oversee and check Health & Safety policies of Mobile Disco's that may have been sent in place of Sounds Sensational, when we are unavailable.

 To implement Sounds Sensational's policies and keep them up to date.

The statutory duties placed on Sounds Sensational are to be regarded as minimum standards. We aim to achieve best practice in terms of health and safety in all that we do.
